Our eCommerce web design service starts with a solid website wireframe that includes SEO and CRO best practices, effective customer experience techniques, and is mobile-responsive. Take a look at how we helped these clients achieve higher search rankings while increasing their online results.

My Gift Stop

Client: MyGiftStop was launched in 2002, primarily selling watches for some of the most popular brands. Eventually, they decided to broaden their inventory to include other categories, such as designer handbags, sunglasses, writing instruments, and more, at discounted prices. Ultimately, they would like to be a one-stop shop for gifts of all types.

As an additional aspect of positioning their brand, MyGiftStop wanted customers to understand that they donate a part of the revenue to Direct Relief to support humanitarian relief missions in the U.S. and around the globe.

Skills: Shopify development, Wireframe design, UX optimization, CRO

Project Description: Since the company expanded its marketing direction to include a wide variety of additional products, it needed to enhance its original strategies. The toughest part was going to be expanding the customer base – shoppers looking for the latest in the new product categories, in addition to watches.

Our team redesigned the website so customers could instantly see the latest promotions and discounts, view categories that are subdivided by gender and products, and enhance the search bar to make it easy for customers to find specific items or brands. The redesign has improved customer awareness, conversions, and generated interest across several demographic groups.

Dimples Jewelry Store

Client: DimplesCharm is a jewelry business that primarily focuses on making unique and memorable fingerprint jewelry. Owned by a husband and wife team (Jeff and Patti), the company started when Jeff, a master jeweler, created a fingerprint charm from their son’s finger as Patti’s Mother’s Day gift. Patti loved it, as did other members of their small community, and from that event, DimplesCharms was born.

Additionally, DimplesCharms wanted to be known as a custom jewelry company that specialized in capturing life’s precious moments by transforming them into treasured memories in the form of jewelry. This unique branding required a strategy that set them apart from traditional jewelers.

Skills: WordPress custom template design, WordPress Development, UX optimization, CRO

Project Description: The company was new and had opened a store on Shopify. After a while, they realized their efforts were not providing the results they were after. We were invited to partner with DimplesCharms to spread the word and increase the company’s online presence in this unique jewelry category. Once we got involved, we redesigned the website in WordPress to enable more control over conversions, checkout, SEO, and user experience.

Currently, they are experiencing expanded customer awareness and sales through our intricate HTML planning, implementation, SEO, and CRO techniques. We continue to monitor the metrics and make alterations that will continue to enhance performance.

DV Warehouse

Client: The company was founded in 2001 in Hollywood, CA as a third-party seller of pre-owned Apple computers, including MacBooks, desktops, and parts. The large physical location is primarily used by the technical department for testing, refurbishing, and storing inventory, it also includes a will-call department for those who want to drop off or pick up equipment in person.

Skills: Magento Web Design and Development, OS Commerce to Magento Migration, UX Optimization, Conversion Rate Optimization

Project Description: There is great online competition among third-party sellers of used Apple computer products. What makes DVWarehouse different is its comprehensive inventory, low pricing, and high level of customer service.

However, the website was developed years ago and was not easy to shop at-a-glance. As everyone knows, the attention span of an online shopper is down to eight seconds, a decrease from 12 seconds back in 2000, thus causing a high bounce rate.

When GroupFractal got involved, we initially revamped the website’s back end to optimize the key elements that would increase search engine ranking. Some months later, we completely redesigned the to ensure shoppers would remain on the site to shop. It resulted in highly improved customer experience (UX), reduced bounce rate, increased traffic, and conversions. Today, DVWarehouse is growing exponentially and is planning to expand and move to larger quarters.
